Return Policy

Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the right decision.

If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return any item, in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple.

You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred as we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or defective merchandise.

• Returns must be in original package and in NEW, saleable condition.
• Please contact us or email info@silverflyjewellery.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN#). You must have a RAN# in order to return an item.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a copy of this packing slip, along with your RAN#.
