Your jewellery will be on its way to you within 1-2 days of purchase. All orders are shipped via Canada Post, insured with delivery confirmation, unless otherwise requested. If you would like to make other shipping arrangements, please contact us.
All overseas shipments will require additional shiping and handeling fees and will include a tracking number and signature upon reciept. Credit card information and Shipping address will be confirmed by PayPal before shippment is approved .
Payment ~
All purchases are processed through PayPal on this website. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account. Simply add jewelry to your shopping cart and PayPal will direct you to pay with your credit card. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please contact me to place your order and discuss payment arrangements.All other Credit cards are accepted and links can be accessed through PayPal's Checkout .
Returns ~
Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Jewellery must be returned in its original condition. You will be refunded the full purchase amount, less shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please see our return policy for more information.
Caring for your Jewellery ~
Store your jewellery in a dry area and not in direct sunlight. Moisture can damage the finish and tarnish your jewelry, while sunlight can cause fading. Tarnishing of sterling silver is a natural process caused by oxidation and moisture in the air. Tarnishing does not damage the silver and can be removed by using a treated polishing cloth. Do not use treated polishing cloths on gemstones. Avoid storing sterling silver jewelry directly on wood surfaces or with other metals. I suggest storing each piece of jewellery separately in a resealable plastic bag.
